The TinyDB forum has found a new home at GitHub discussions. The content here remains as a read-only archive.
As the title of the post says - is there a list (or could we have one). I'm interested in contributing and other projects seem to have a list of places/sites/organisations which use their Open Source software.....
Just an idea - I'd be happy to maintain it (or should the community do that ?)
Hey alshapton ,
there is no such list yet. I think I might enable the wiki of TinyDB's GitHub project for such a list. That way the whole community can contribute quite easily. What do you think?
msiemens Yes - seems like a good idea - I'd offer to moderate and remove any inappropriate content if you wish :-)
I'm new to contributing to the Open Source world, and would love to contribute some code at some point to tinydb - it seems like a really good product.....
alshapton I'd offer to moderate and remove any inappropriate content if you wish :-)
Awesome! I've created a wiki page at https://github.com/msiemens/tinydb/wiki/Used-By ?
msiemens Should we announce this on the Announcements part of the forum ?
alshapton Sounds good, I've posted an announcement ?
@msiemens Hope this wiki is taking shape as you want it to - feel free to rearrange the pages :-)
@msiemens Oddly, the wiki seems to only list a number of pages now rather than the first nice, index-style page - any ideas how to correct this ?
alshapton Turns out GitHub wants the Wiki's homepage to be called Home. I just renamed the Wiki page you created to Home and now it's displayed correctly ?
msiemens Cheers !
